When the internet started taking off in the late 1990's we were looking for an instant presence on the world wide web. While that was easily accomplished, the original website (like several others) lacked many of the features and benefits that you, our customer, called us for in the first place. More specifically, if we have the product on the shelf and what your price was.
In March of 2000 we launched our previous website that accomplished these basic requirements. Incidentally, we were the first in our industry and one of the few companies in the world that could give you "live online" inventory levels linked to our warehouses around the US. Additionally, our site accesses all of your company's information whether the order was placed online or over the phone with one of our customer service reps. You can see things like your aging and current open orders.
We have gone through a major renovation to improve the functionality of the site as well as increase the information that is available to you. Because of the technical nature of our products, this website will in no way replace our customer service and technical consultants. I do hope it will enhance our ability to give you current and accurate information on the products you require any time you need them.
I personally have been responsible for much of the development and most of the bullwork with putting together this dynamic website. I am extremely proud of our website, and there are a few people in our organization that have contributed significantly to bringing it to fruition and have done so while performing their regular daily tasks. I have tried to make the site 100% accurate, but with over 28,000 items in our database and well over 200 static pages it is next to impossible. There are a few errors here and there and I expect to run into these as time goes on. ( If you find any errors contact me) A website is never done and I will always be looking for enhancements for the future... like looking up past invoices.....like online tracking of orders.......Like.....
