| SDC - Access Control Power Supplies |
 |
| |
SDC access control power supplies are designed for failsafe and failsecure applications. They include an emergency release input plus several value added features to accomodate the most demanding installations.
|
|
Features:
Isolated Charging Circuit – While the charging output is 13.5 or 27VDC, the secondary output of all SDC power supplies is maintained precisely at 12 or 24VDC. Unlike competitive power supplies, that when equipped with batteries, power the locks with up to 15VDC and 30VDC to accommodated battery charging requirements. The secondary output current is also maintained at the specified current capacity and is not de-rated when charging batteries.
Low Battery Disconnect - The low battery disconnect feature prevents batteries from being unknowingly damaged due to deep discharge and helps to ensure that they are properly maintained in rechargeable condition and ready for the next potential power outage.
Large Battery Capacity - 1 and 2 Amp power supplies accomodate up to four 4-Ah batteris. 4 and 6 Amp power supplies accomodate up to six 7-Ah batteries.
Emergency Release Input – Failsafe emergency release is standard on all SDC power supplies. There are no extra charges or modules to specify.
Field Selectable Manual Reset of Emergency Release
When field selected, only after fire command center reset and AC power restoration due to power outage, may the locking system power be reset manually. Available with all power supplies except 631RF.
