Norton’s 1600 Series Unitrol arms are a combination closer/holder-stop for maximum door and frame protection.

Installation
Versatile closer packaged for top jamb or parallel arm installation. Pinion shaft extends vertically through closer body in both directions allowing the closer to be installed on either right or left hand doors for all applications.

Adjustable Speed
1600 Unitrol Series controls have independent valves to control sweep and latch speeds. Adjustment backcheck cushioning is also standard on 1600 Unitrol Series.

Closer Materials
Norton’s shell, pinion bushing and caps of this closer are aluminum alloy materials. All other exposed components are stainless steel, or zinc alloy materials to provide excellent resistance to corrosive environments.
