The 280 Series Lockset pioneered a totally new concept in electromagnetic locking systems. The lock and armature are mortised into the frame and door, providing a totally concealed locking mechanism. When power is applied to the magnet, it attracts the armature through magnetism. Holding force exceeds 2700 lbs.
