Flush bolts provide top and bottom locking on the inactive leaf of a pair of doors. Three styles are available: Manual, which requires a flip of a lever each time the bolt is locked or unlocked. Automatic, bolt locks when active door is closed. Self latching, these bolts use a latching bolt that is not dependent on the active door closing to latch inactive leaf closed.
Dust proof strikes provide a clean receptacle for the bottom bolt that returns flush when bolt is retracted. This eliminates the pocket created by the standard strike in the floor that is prone to accumulating dirt and debris.
Coordinators are used for controlling a pair of doors when closing, This product insures that the inactive leaf closes first prior to the active leaf closing.
